WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?
Chakras are energy centers in your body that focus on seven focal points. Each focal point is specific to certain organs, emotions, physical and psychological states. It is said if these seven focal points are opened and balance that it brings about healing and allows you to function as your higher self and walk in your purpose. The seven chakras are: Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Root.
