FRAGRANCE OILS VS. ESSENTIAL OILS

Fragrance oils are what are used in most commercial candle lines. Fragrance oils are manufactured in a lab from synthetic ingredients. Some fragrance oils can be composed of as many as 80 chemical ingredients or more so they should be used with caution. Fragrance oils do emit a strong scent and that is why they are commonly used with things as candles, room sprays, wax melts etc.  Essential oils are oils that are extracted from aromatic plant parts including root, herb or flower to capture their beneficial properties, scents and flavors. Essential oils are not diluted, mixed or processed and do not contain any additives. They are well known for their aromatic properties and are commonly used during meditation, massages and therapeutic baths. Although not as strong as fragrance oils, they do emit a fragrance that is soft and pleasing. They also emit properties that assist with balancing emotions, physical aliments and mood. 

HOW SHOULD I USE MY CANDLE?

While you can burn the candles at whatever time you like, we suggest using your candles during prayer and meditation time, yoga and exercise, reiki healing or chakra balancing, and during your bath, shower or spiritual bath time.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT TAKE?

Our candles are made in small batches  to ensure quality and require time to cure so please allow 3-5 days for processing and preparation of you order. Once your order is ready, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be sent once shipment has been completed. If you live in the Indianapolis area, pickups will be set once a week and information will be sent upon completion of your order.-

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns or exchanges and all purchases are non-refundable. If your candles arrives and is damaged, please take a picture of the damage and email se7venchakracandles@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival and we will replace the damaged candle upon confirmation.
